We are seeking an experienced and skilled Machine Set-Up Operator to join our dynamic team as we support the aerospace industry. Ideal candidates will have a high mechanical aptitude along with great attention to detail. This is a great opportunity – apply today!
Machine Set-Up Operator Technician Responsibilities
- Independently set up and operate moderately complex various manufacturing equipment that requires specialized skill or expertise.
- Proficient in all aspects of inspection gages for the area after training period end and ability to train other employees
- Maintain a safe workplace for self and fellow team members via compliance of safety policies and procedures
Machine Set-Up Operator Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- High mechanical aptitude
Machine Set-Up Operator Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed minimum 2% quarterly bonus.
- Retirement income account provided
- 5% match to 401k
- Benefits start day 1
