Vice President of Hospitality
Join a long-tenured, service-driven team at our multi-unit outdoor theatre destination featuring robust F&B, boutique lodging, and unforgettable guest experiences. We’re seeking a dynamic luxury hospitality leader with a proven track record in best-in-class service. Must relocate to Indiana (relocation provided) and bring a genuine passion for hospitality.
What We Offer
- $130K–$140K salary + 10–15% bonus potential
- Relocation allowance + temporary housing
- 90% paid individual / 60% paid family health, dental, vision
- 403(b) with 50% match on first 6% + HSA allowance
What You’ll Do
- Lead with visibility, energy, and a performance-driven mindset.
- Elevate guest experiences through strategy, innovation, and service excellence.
- Oversee operations, KPIs, budgets, and cross-department collaboration.
- Inspire, mentor, and grow a seasoned, high-performing team.
What You Bring
- 5+ years at the executive level in luxury hospitality
- Proven success scaling multi-unit operations with uncompromising service
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
