An award-winning, high-energy restaurant group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a full-service, high-volume dining environment.

Restaurant Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant management
  • Provide leadership to front-of-house teams, ensuring consistent service and guest satisfaction
  • Support restaurant policies, training programs, and operational strategies
  • Manage daily floor operations, guest interactions, and staff accountability
  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Partner with leadership on inventory, ordering, and cost-control measures
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Support promotional events, specials, and marketing initiatives to drive sales
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
