High Volume General Manager Requirements:

  • Oversee every facet of the venue, including managers, staff, and guests
  • Work directly with the corporate office to ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly
  • Hire, train, and consistently coach all members of our team to guarantee the highest guest satisfaction
  • Build or utilize existing relationships in the community to build out community engagement
  • Maximize financial performance, and full control of the P&L

High Volume General Manager Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in hospitality
  • 4+ years as General Manager of high volume full service restaurants (at least 7M)
  • Preferred 2+ years of multi-unit experience, but not required
  • Energy and enthusiasm
