We are looking for a strategic business systems analyst to support cross-functional finance, supply chain,
manufacturing, and sales. This person will help with designing, implementing, and optimizing business
processes.
Business Analyst Responsibilities
-Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to analyze and improve
processes and workflows
-Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI
Leverage NetSuite to support business operations, optimize processes, and ensure system accuracy
-Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
-Identify process gaps and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
– Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Business Analyst Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree: Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
-5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
-Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
-Advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI
-Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
