You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, providing personalized banking solutions, and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. This role requires excellent customer service skills, cash handling and learning financial software.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Building Connections: You'll connect with our customers, taking the time to understand their financial needs and guiding them toward the personalized banking solutions.

· Seamless Transactions: You'll accurately process all customers' transactions, ensuring every step complies with all regulatory requirements.

· Software Proficiency: You'll learn to use our financial software to manage customers' accounts efficiently.

· Expert Guidance: You'll conduct thoughtful assessments of customers' financial situations, offering recommendations for products and services that fit their needs.

· Accurate Assistance: You'll use your math skills to assist customers with all their banking questions and transactions.

· Staying Ahead: You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide the best advice.

What We're Looking For:

· Excellent Customer Service: You've got proven experience in creating exceptional customer experiences, especially in a new accounts or banking setting.

· Software Proficiency: You're comfortable learning new financial software applications used in banking.

· Mathematical Acumen: Strong math skills are a must, including basic calculations and a quick 10-key proficiency.

· Excellent Communication Skills: You're a great listener and clear communicator, able to build rapport and customer relationships in conversation or through emails.

· Financial Foundations: It will be helpful, but not required, to have an understanding of the financial services and products banks offer.

· Team Player & Self-Starter: You are comfortable and capable of working independently as well as be a valuable collaborator with the rest of the team.

· Timely: You understand the importance of being timely and reliable.

· Detail-Oriented: You've got an eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
