Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Assistant General Manager or similar leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment = 6+M in annual sales
  • Strong ability to train, coach, and motivate teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving profitability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships both inside and outside the restaurant.

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in a seafood or coastal-inspired restaurant concept.
  • Proven ability to develop team members and build successful careers.
  • Knowledge of local community dynamics and ability to establish strong ties.
  • New restaurant opening experience a plus
