Restaurant Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach, and direct the team
  • Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable
  • Manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every detail 
  • Maintain amazing customer interaction and retention
  • Focus on internal operations as well as delivery and catering services

Restaurant Shift Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience managing a high-volume, systems-oriented casual, fast-food, or QSR environment 
  • Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding restaurant standards
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships 
  • Ability to work night and closing shifts
