Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to support all aspects of the operation in the GM’s absence
  • Commitment to maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards

Must Haves

  • Motivate and lead team members through hands-on management
  • Support daily operations, guest satisfaction, and shift execution
  • Demonstrate adaptability and eagerness to grow professionally
  • Maintain a safe and organized environment for both staff and guests

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in family-style, full-service restaurant settings
  • Exposure to P&L responsibilities and financial performance
  • Background in local store marketing or community engagement
