The Director of Operations must be a polished leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. He/she must possess sharp business acumen and be able to see the whole picture. The Director of Operations will work closely with the above restaurant ownership team to drive operational and financial excellence throughout the restaurant group. The Director of Operations will mentor, develop and lead a team of District and General Managers.
Director of Operations Job Requirements:
- Create a Culture focused on your team and create a fun environment to excel in
- Daily development of team members, providing feedback and support in a timely manner
- Drive Sales Growth through operational excellence and outstanding training of Team Members
- Quality of Operations through adherence to company standards and team member accountability
- Deliver great profitability and consistently deliver above and beyond Food Quality
Director of Operations Job Qualifications:
- Must possess the passion to lead a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Polished Leader with the ability to work hand in hand with the Ownership and the Team
- 5+ years in Casual or Fast-Casual Dining – this is a fun neighborhood restaurant concept
- Preference of no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- Master in presenting and Managing a P&L, Scheduling, and Ordering/Inventory
- A clear understanding of Human Resources and Staffing
