An exciting multi-outlet entertainment complex is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to lead their team. We need candidates that enjoy a fast-paced environment, who are good at thinking on their feet.

Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities:
- This is not a desk job- candidates will work long hours.
- Perform job tasks including budgeting, scheduling, coaching and vendor relations.
- Work in concert with other complex department heads to provide seamless guest service.
- Manage the activity of about 10 different outlets and up to 100 staff.
- Must manage all Food and Beverage P&Ls.
Food & Beverage Director Qualifications:
- MUST be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Candidates MUST have at least 3 years of multi-outlet management experience.
- Must have Banquet experience.
- Experience in concepts with multi-revenue streams is preferred.
- Guest-first mentality – ability to be flexible with schedule as it meets the needs of the business
- Must meet physical demands of a large, spread out property with several outdoor outlets.
