Director of Housekeeping Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bi-lingual Spanish required
- 3+ years in a hotel/resort housekeeping Director titled role
- Experience overseeing 500+ rooms
- Experience working for an independently-owned hotel/resort
- Experience managing and training a team of housekeepers
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, ordering and quality control
- Experience with tracking performance metrics, costs and guest feedback
Director of Housekeeping Preferred Background & Skills:
- Passion for training new staff and running motivational meetings
- Experience turning 700 rooms in one day
