General Manager – New Restaurant Opening

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a successful restaurant opening from the ground up
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring a high-performance culture
  • Hire, train, and develop a top-tier team
  • Drive performance metrics and maintain operational excellence
  • Oversee labor, inventory, and administrative systems
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience (fast-casual strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive team performance and business results
  • Skilled in scheduling, ordering, and systems management
  • Strong, floor-present leader who leads by example
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience with new restaurant openings
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on coaching and mentorship
  • High-energy operator with a passion for hospitality
  • Career-minded individual looking to grow within a multi-brand company
