We are looking for an Omakase Chef who not only has refined technical skills but also brings vision, creativity, and inspiration—someone passionate about crafting memorable dishes rooted in both Japanese tradition and Italian elegance.

Omakase Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional culinary experience
- Deep expertise in traditional Japanese techniques
- Ability to connect with guests warmly and informatively in order to elevate the dining experience
- At ease when working in an open kitchen environment
- Valid U.S. work authorization
Omakase Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Excels at managing multiple tasks while maintaining a keen eye for detail
- Solution-oriented and excellent collaborator
