A well-established and growing commercial general contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multi-million-dollar ground-up projects. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, drive execution, and make a measurable impact in a company known for its collaborative culture and high-quality work.

Project Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in construction project management (ground-up commercial/multifamily)
- Experience working as a general contractor or owner-builder is required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
- Strong experience with budgets, procurement, scheduling, and project documentation
- Ability to manage client communication, subcontractors, and internal teams
Must Haves
- Oversees all phases of the project from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinates closely with architects, engineers, owners, and city officials
- Writes and executes scopes, contracts, change orders, and risk documentation
- Maintains project schedules and ensures timely procurement of materials
- Leads meetings, tracks RFIs/submittals, and resolves jobsite issues in real-time
Preferred Background & Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive mindset
- Experience managing multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously
- Background in tenant improvement or historic renovation work is a plus
- Deep knowledge of construction schedules, city permitting, and cost control
