Now accepting applications for an Inside Sales Representative to join our client's growing team in Needham, MA. This sales role will work closely with outside sales, warehouse staff, and other departments to support customer growth, develop product knowledge, and help drive revenue by building strong customer relationships and consistently closing sales.

Inside Sales Representative Perks:

• Hourly pay: $33- 38/hour, DOE

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability and desire to work M-F with rotating Saturdays
• Demonstrated sales and customer service skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to contribute to team success
• Strong career progression including solid tenures and professional references
• Deep experience in the Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, Electric or Building Materials industry
