Now accepting applications for an experienced Commercial Retail & Warehouse Manager near Providence, Rhode Island. This role will direct and coordinate activities of the branch including but not limited to sales, warehouse, delivery, and overall P&L responsibility.

Commercial Retail & Warehouse Manager Requirements:

• 4+ years management experience
• Degree in management, preferred
• Ability and desire to work a rotating schedule to include some Saturdays
• Ability and desire to travel to regional locations, as needed
• Deep understanding of residential construction including plumbing, HVAC, heating and electrical
• Commercial warehouse inventory management expertise, including coordinating with vendors to maintain adequate and accurate product levels at all times
• Proven ability to comprehensively analyze P&L statement and manage to budget
• Comfortability with personnel development including annual reviews, hiring, training, and discipline for the warehouse, sales and transportation departments
• Experience ensuring efficient workflows, minimizing operating costs, and maintaining high service levels for both internal and external customers
• Valid driver's license in good standing
