Bring Concierge-Level Care to Primary Medicine
We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Hartford, CT to join a team that delivers high-touch, patient-first care in a polished, VIP clinical setting. This isn’t your typical primary care role. You’ll be part of a modern, experience-driven practice where quality of care and continuity matter more than patient quotas.

Nurse Practitioner Benefits
- Set schedule: 3 days per week (M/W/F), 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Full-Time Option

Nurse Practitioner Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensed and eligible to practice in Connecticut
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in primary care and/or acute care
- Adaptable, personable, and collaborative — team culture is everything
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and manage both acute and chronic conditions
Nurse Practitioner Must Haves
- Provide primary care services in an on-site setting with VIP patients
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostics; prescribe medications as needed
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes and documentation
- Coordinate care with physicians, on-site specialists, and support teams
- Participate in ongoing wellness programs and clinical strategy discussions
Preferred Background & Skills
- Prior experience in high-touch or concierge medicine settings
- Familiarity with employer-based or on-site clinic models
- Phlebotomy experience a plus
