We’re looking for a Financial Controller to build and lead the accounting function for our Texas operations. This is a critical leadership role supporting our continued expansion across North America.
Controller (Construction) – Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee all accounting processes, including AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Deliver accurate financial reporting in line with global timelines
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and maintain robust internal controls
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and the development of the accounting team
Controller – Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in the construction industry is required
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing accounting teams
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with IFRS
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of U.S. and Texas tax regulations
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
