An established and rapidly growing investment firm with a focus across Venture Capital, Real Estate, Blockchain, and Public Capital Markets is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join its dynamic and tight-knit technology team.
Senior Ruby on Rails Developer Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications.
- Enhance existing systems with a focus on performance, stability, and code quality.
- Develop responsive UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient development workflows.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate closely with product and investment teams to inform architecture and technical direction.
- Integrate and manage secure financial APIs with an emphasis on data protection and compliance.
Senior Ruby of Rails Developer Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails development experience.
- Prior experience in financial services, asset management platforms, or fintech applications (required).
- Proven track record of deploying and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Strong front-end development skills using React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and pipeline tools.
- Deep understanding of application security, particularly around financial data.
- Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud-based application deployment.
- Proficient in MySQL and relational database management.
