A well established restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Manager with excellent communication and the ability to work hand in hand with the Chef / Owner. If this is you, please apply.

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • High-volume experience 4+ million a year
  • 4+ years of Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in a casual dining environment
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to lead
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and capable of working under pressure

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining food cost and inventory
  • Ability to teach, schedule and manage a team
  • Oversee all aspects of service
  • Expert in using knives and all cooking equipment for preparation
  • Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
