A long-established restaurant brand in Prescott is undergoing an exciting transformation into a modern fine dining steakhouse destination—and we’re looking for an exceptional leader to guide that evolution. This is a rare opportunity for a restaurant executive or consultant with high-end experience to shape and operate a flagship concept. If you've led the opening or rebranding of multiple fine dining restaurants or steakhouses, and you're ready to roll up your sleeves in a hands-on operating role, this could be your next defining career move.
Director of Restaurants Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of $140,000 – $150,000, plus strong bonus potential

Director of Restaurants Required Qualifications and Background:
- Proven experience opening or rebranding at least two fine dining restaurants or high-end steakhouses
- Background as a consultant, director, or senior operator in upscale dining
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Financial acumen with a track record of driving profitability and efficiency
- Hands-on, guest-focused management style with a passion for hospitality excellence
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Prescott full-time
Director of Restaurants Preferred Qualifications and Background:
- Experience leading restaurant transformations or brand overhauls
- Culinary or hospitality degree from an accredited program
- Familiarity with modern steakhouse trends and luxury service standards
- Experience navigating ownership transitions, brand repositioning, or major concept shifts
- Knowledge of Prescott or the Arizona dining market is a plus
- Familiarity with restaurant tech and systems modernization
Director of Restaurants Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic rebranding and repositioning of a restaurant into a fine dining steakhouse
- Direct all front- and back-of-house operations with a focus on guest experience and operational excellence
- Hire, train, and inspire a best-in-class hospitality team
- Collaborate with ownership on menu development, interior updates, and branding elements
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance metrics
- Serve as the public face of the restaurant, building community and industry relationships
