Are you an experienced Operations Leader looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee our manufacturing operations. As a key player in our organization, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and play a crucial role in driving our success with a dedicated workforce of over 80 employees across three shifts.

Plant Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Full P&L Management: Take ownership of production, engineering, quality, and product development finances to ensure operational profitability.
• Safety & Compliance Leadership: Foster a culture of safety and compliance throughout the manufacturing process while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Process Enhancement: Continuously develop and enhance manufacturing processes to improve product quality and reduce costs.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as a liaison with customers to support quality assurance and drive business development initiatives.
• Operational Documentation:Maintain and update process documentation to uphold operational excellence and meet industry standards.
• -Strategic Participation:Actively contribute to senior management meetings to align on strategic objectives and organizational growth.

Plant Manager Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred), Business, or Operations Management.
•  A minimum of 5 years in manufacturing operations leadership roles with proven experience in the chemical processing industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
•  Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various levels within customer organizations.
