Event Sales Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:

• Start by planning, organizing, and executing events for parties of 10-60 guests, with opportunities to grow into coordinating and executing larger events of 350+ guests
• Assist with Admin Duties
• Assist in coordinating with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
• Arrange necessary equipment, decorations, and catering services
• Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and address any issues
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and sales to promote events and attract attendees
• Maintain event records

Event Sales Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills:

• 1+ year of event management experience (Required)
• 1+ year of customer service experience (Required)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all aspects of an event are properly arranged
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Tripleseat
• Knowledge of Adobe is a plus
