We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager for a modern, unique, fine-dining restaurant in the heart of West Palm Beach. If you enjoy leading teams, and have a passion for excellent cuisine and guest service, this opportunity is for you!
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a GM in a fine dining environment
- Experience with Mediterranean cuisine is a plus!
- Familiarity with local West Palm Beach market trends
- Create and maintain a positive and professional work culture
- Highly experienced with P+L, Inventory, Cost Controls
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Expert with all fine dining steps of service
