Our client, a respected plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Law & Motion Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in high-stakes litigation and contribute to impactful legal outcomes for employees facing workplace injustices.

Law & Motion Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school and California Bar admission (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal research and motion practice, particularly in employment law
• Demonstrated ability to draft persuasive legal memoranda, motions, and appellate briefs
• Strong command of legal research tools and the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulatory guidance
• Work closely with trial attorneys to develop arguments that shape litigation strategy and drive case success
Law & Motion Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:
• Previous experience in plaintiff-side employment law is highly desirable
• A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a passion for advocacy and strong alignment with a collaborative, high-integrity culture
