A fast-growing global company in the technical services industry is looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to lead strategy, content, and demand generation for one of its key business segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a segment-wide marketing strategy
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional marketing team
  • Oversee content creation, campaigns, and brand messaging
  • Collaborate with sales to drive lead generation and support growth
  • Use data and insights to measure success and improve performance
  • Align marketing efforts with company goals and market trends
  • Manage marketing budget and report on KPIs
  • Stay current on new tools and trends, including AI and MarTech

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing leadership, ideally in technical or consulting fields
  • Proven success managing marketing for a large business unit ($500M+ revenue)
  • Strong skills in content marketing, digital campaigns, and team leadership
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and operations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
