We are looking for a strong Beverage Manager to join our team! Do you come from a fine dining or steakhouse background? Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee beverage program: cost control, inventory, menus, training
- Team leadership: not an office role, active FOH manager
- Staff development: participate in ongoing training and growth
- Guest experience: lead by example with guest-first mentality, instill same principles in staff to deliver top notch service
Beverage Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in fine dining or upscale environment
- Strong background in wine, cocktail, and premium spirits
- High volume experience, $10+ million annual sales
- Detail oriented and hands-on leadership, lead by example
