We’re looking for a proactive, analytical Factory Production Manager to drive efficiency, productivity, and safety in our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on optimizing schedules, reducing lead times, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely shipments.

Factory Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize production schedules.
- Improve performance using Lean/6 Sigma tools (Kanban, 5S).
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Use Excel and ERP systems for data analysis and workflow improvements.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to boost productivity.
Factory Manager Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience (furniture preferred but not required).
- OSHA and safety knowledge.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
- Familiar with Kanban, 6 Sigma, and 5S.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Bonus: Equipment troubleshooting and Spanish fluency.
