Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in the setup and programming of Swiss CNC machines, Robodrills, and CNC lathes.
- Develop tooling solutions, machining methods, and provide technical support to set up operators.
- Leading a department of talented operators. Creating KPI’s and driving results.
- Generate CNC programs using the latest version of PartMaker.
- Program for a variety of machine tools, including Citizen Swiss lathes, Robodrills, and Nakamura Lathes
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality
Job Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of experience programming Swiss machines in a production machining environment.
- 3 years of experience in the position of Senior Machinist/Programmer or similar
- Experience leading a team of talented operators.
- PartMaker software and CNC programming abilities
- Proficiency in JobBoss ERP software is beneficial
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Leadership mentality and the desire for continuous improvement
- Strong experience with GD&T and Form-Fit-Function principles
