We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our production that delivers high quality, precision parts and assemblies.

CNC Operator Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience with CNC Machine set up, operation and changeovers
- Experience with operating all basic machine tools to perform precision machining operations like micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Experience with tolerances (+/.003) and ability to achieve exact tolerances
- Familiarity with CNC programming a plus
- Excellent work ethic, good attendance records
CNC Operator Responsibilities
- Understand work orders, gather job material, and operate CNC machines to deliver according to schedules
- Perform visual inspections, performs tool changes and touch offs
- Machine maintenance for coolant, oil levels and preventative maintenance
- Optimize processes to minimize downtime and ensure completions of projects
- Suggest improvements for efficiencies and waste reduction
- Maintain clean work environment
