Litigation Attorney – Trusts, Estates & Commercial Matters Compensation & Benefits:

Litigation Attorney – Trusts, Estates & Commercial Matters Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in probate, trust, and commercial litigation
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Responsive and proactive in client communication and case updates
- Diligent in timekeeping and meeting deadlines
- Tech-savvy; experience with legal case management systems (Caret/ZolaSuite a plus)
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
