Qualifications

  • Own inbound/outbound calls, quote custom UL 891 switchboards & low/med‑voltage gear
  • Marry margin savvy with solution selling—utilities, heavy industrial, solar & contractor channels
  • Navigate Siemens, Eaton, ABB, Schneider portals like second nature
  • Sync with VPs, buyers, and warehouses to keep every order on‑spec and on‑time
  • Log every win in Monday.com & NetSuite, feeding live market intel back to leadership

Requirements

  • 3‑5+ yrs inside sales in power distribution—electrical, switchboards, gear, panelboards
  • Sharp financial acumen: you chase profit, not just revenue
  • Fluency in schematics, breakers, control wiring, and component selection
  • Rolodex of contractor and utility‑distributor contacts a huge plus
  • Eaton, ABB, Schneider, or similar pedigree preferred
