Job Title: Graduate Civil Engineer – Land Development

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL. In this full-time, entry-level role, you’ll play a key part in supporting land development projects across a wide range of sectors—including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, energy, and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with engineering design tasks, including site layout, grading, roadway and utility design, and stormwater management (H&H modeling, E&SC)
- Contribute to feasibility studies, technical reports, construction drawings, and specifications
- Help navigate local, state, and federal permitting processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and efficient site development solutions
- Gain hands-on experience and professional development through mentorship and team collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (recent or upcoming grads are encouraged to apply)
- EIT/FE certification preferred
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of stormwater management and land development design principles
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A dependable, self-motivated team player ready to grow in a fast-paced environment
