We’re looking for a high-performing General Manager to take the reins of a fast-paced, high-energy, upscale restaurant. You’re not just running shifts — you’re building culture, leading people, and driving results. What You Bring:
- 5+ years leading high-volume restaurants (FOH Managers/AGMs with strong tenure welcome).
- Proven success with $2.5M+ in annual revenue.
- Blend of indie hustle and corporate structure savvy.
- Pro with OpenTable, P&Ls, and people development.
What You’ll Do:
- Be on the floor, in the action — lead service and set the tone.
- Own the numbers, the schedules, and the standards.
- Partner up with your Exec Chef to create a tight FOH/BOH team.
- Drive sales through smart strategy, next-level service, and team training.
