Leadership Opportunity – General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager to support operations across multiple locations in the New England area. This leadership position plays a critical role in day-to-day business success, requiring a keen attention to detail, hands-on team leadership, and operational oversight. If you’re a hands-on leader with a knack for operational excellence and team development, this could be a great next step in your career.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of management experience, ideally in a multi-functional operational role
  • Ability to work a Monday–Friday early morning schedule
  • Familiarity with operational workflows, including logistics, inventory, and team oversight
  • Experience working with financials, including interpreting P&L reports
  • Strong leadership, communication, and staff development skills
  • Comfort working in a physical, fast-paced environment requiring collaboration across departments
  • Must have some warehouse, distribution center, or retail leadership experience in your background
