We’re seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial operations for a growing portfolio of restaurant concepts. This role is critical in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and preparing us for future expansion.
Financial Controller Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Deliver accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
- Improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls
- Collaborate with leadership on growth planning and new concept development
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Financial Controller Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, with 2+ in a leadership role
- Hospitality industry experience required
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Restaurant365, and xtraCHEF preferred
