We’re seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial operations for a growing portfolio of restaurant concepts. This role is critical in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and preparing us for future expansion.

Financial Controller Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
  • Improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth planning and new concept development
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team

Financial Controller Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, with 2+ in a leadership role
  • Hospitality industry experience required
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Restaurant365, and xtraCHEF preferred
