What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations in a busy, upscale restaurant environment
- Maintain urgency, consistency, and high-level execution on every shift
- Lead and inspire a front-of-house team to deliver thoughtful, seamless guest experiences
- Partner closely with the culinary team to uphold standards of food quality, timing, and presentation
- Manage labor, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls with precision
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride
Who You Are
- A seasoned hospitality leader with 2+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining
- A decisive, organized floor leader with a commanding presence and calm demeanor
- Committed to training, coaching, and developing a top-tier team
- Obsessed with the details—service, timing, and atmosphere matter to you
- Composed under pressure and solutions-oriented in every situation
- ServSafe certified or willing to obtain
