A family-run, high-volume hospitality group seeks a hands-on Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations across a multi-concept venue, which includes one of the top-ranked breweries in Ohio.

Executive Chef Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000
  • Performance Bonuses tied to COGS, labor, and profitability
  • Relocation Assistance on a case by case basis

Executive Chef Job Requirement:

  • Actively cooking, hands-on Executive Chef with a strong kitchen presence
  • Experience in high-volume, multi-outlet operations (steakhouse, brewery, food truck, banquets)
  • Background in catering, hotel, or stadium-style environments with orchestration across venues
  • Proven ability to build systems, drive consistency, and execute line checks and routines
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a servant-leader approach
  • Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments
  • Comfortable speaking publicly or representing the brand
  • Full accountability for COGS, labor, training, and team development
  • Forward-thinking culinary vision with a passion for quality and cleanliness
