Indoor aerial Instructor Expectations

• Must be able in great physical condition, the role will be physically demanding for long periods of time

• Must be able to pass a fitness exam before a full offer is made

• Must be able to relocate for an average of 4-month training program

• Must be flexible to a possible relocation after training to a permanent home

• Must have grit

• Must be hospitable, work well with others and has a leader mentality

• Must be someone who loves working in a team, developing and speaking to small groups

·   Experience and comfortable with some sales aspect for this position
