Executive Sous Chef Italian Concept
A respected and growing restaurant group is seeking a driven and talented Executive Sous Chef with a strong foundation in Italian cuisine and a hands-on, team-oriented leadership style. Executive Sous Chef Italian Concept Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Cuisine in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service
- Help maintain quality, consistency, and presentation across all menu items with a focus on rustic Italian flavors
- Assist with menu planning, seasonal specials, and recipe development
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate line cooks and prep staff
- Ensure compliance with sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and kitchen cleanliness
Executive Sous Chef Italian Concept Profile
- 2–4 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a full-service kitchen
- Strong knowledge of scratch Italian cooking, pasta, and traditional techniques
- Team-first attitude with the ability to lead by example and uphold kitchen standards
- Eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing leadership responsibilities
- Passionate about food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences
