A premier restaurant group is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Catering Sales to lead and elevate its catering operations. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving catering sales, developing new business, and ensuring flawless execution of private event functions. The Director will mentor and manage a dynamic sales team, collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences, and work closely with the General Manager to execute key business initiatives.

Director of Catering Sales Benefits/Compensation:

  • Competitive annual salary: $120,000 – $150,000

Director of Catering Sales Responsibilities:

  • Drive proactive and reactive catering sales strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Develop and manage sales plans, forecasts, and team booking goals
  • Oversee contract negotiations and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless event execution

Director of Catering Sales Requirements:

  • 5+ years of catering sales leadership in hospitality or restaurants
  • High volume (1000 events+/year) and revenue exceeding 8M
  • Proven experience managing sales teams and event planning operations
  • Proficiency in catering software (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce) and MS Office
