Position Title: Service/Bar Manager

Location: Rogers, AR

Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000

Industry: Hospitality / Full-Service Restaurant

Employment Type: Full-Time


Position Summary:

The Service/Bar Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations, guest experience, and bar management. This role ensures exceptional hospitality standards are maintained through leadership, training, and scheduling. This manager plays a hands-on role in both service execution and team development, directly supporting the General Manager in delivering a superior dining experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage with team members to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Maintain strong presence across dining room, bar, and front door
  • Oversee scheduling for front-of-house staff
  • Interview, hire, and onboard front-of-house team members
  • Manage bar inventory, ordering, and bi-weekly liquor, wine, and beer counts
  • Support ongoing training and development of hourly team members
  • Partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Warm, passionate, and guest-focused
  • Calm under pressure with excellent communication abilities
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and maintains a professional appearance
