One of Iowa's most renowned long-term care, senior living organizations is seeking a DON to join the team. This organization is deeply rooted in the community and is looking for a professional, qualified, and caring RN for their openings. Send me your resume for an immediate interview. 

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

  • RN license in Iowa and a minimum of 2 years in long-term care
  • 3-5 years in a leadership position
  • Knowledge of LTC state and federal regulations, quality assurance, compliance, and clinical and social modeling
  • Lead and direct nursing operations for our health center
