Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Coaching and developing the team
- Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive!
- Motivating the team through thick and thin
Restaurant General Manager Background & Skills:
- 2 plus years of experience in a like role
- Full-Service high volume, bar-centric experience required
- Knowledge of budget management and financials
- Hospitality gene and Servant Leader mentality
