Assistant Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Support daily beverage operations and uphold service excellence
- Assist in training staff on wine pairings and craft beverage presentation
- Maintain inventory, ordering, and beverage cost controls
- Ensure a seamless guest experience by anticipating and meeting guest needs
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance the beverage program
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all bar and service areas
Assistant Beverage Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years in a fine dining or upscale beverage leadership role
- Strong wine and mixology knowledge
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a service team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Positive, professional, and passionate about hospitality
