Executive Chef Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team!
- Execute our designed upscale-to-fine dining menus!
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and quality standards!
- Drive kitchen efficiency, food cost controls, and labor optimization!
- Collaborate with FOH leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences!
- Foster a positive, professional, and fun kitchen culture!
Executive Chef Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in upscale or fine dining settings!
- Proven leadership skills with a people-first mindset!
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations!
- Ability to teach, coach, and develop your teams!
- A passion for hospitality, creativity, and excellence!
