Associate Attorney – Litigation

Our client is looking for a talented and driven associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join a high-profile, nationally recognized practice. The practice handles a broad range of complex matters, including commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, employment litigation, real estate and land use issues, and other sophisticated business disputes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a rising litigation attorney to work on challenging cases in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Associate Attorney – Litigation Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a national-level practice, including litigation and trial work in areas such as complex commercial, IP, employment, real estate, land use, and other business disputes
  • Graduate of a nationally recognized law school; top 10% of class, with law review, moot court, or trial team experience preferred
  • Prior or current judicial clerkship, preferably with a U.S. District Judge
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a strong desire to take on meaningful responsibility in a fast-paced setting
  • Proven research, writing, and advocacy skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, motivation, and a solid work ethic
  • Experience drafting pleadings and legal documents involving complex issues
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Admitted to The Florida Bar or eligible for admission soon
