A stable and growing brand is seeking a Culinary Manager to join their team! The Culinary Manager should have experience leading a scratch kitchen and appreciation for the product. They work closely with the team members to drive operational excellence and best-in-class guest satisfaction. Must have a desire to engage with the guests on a daily basis.

Culinary Manager Requirements:

  • Strong background in working in a Scratch Kitchen and leading a team of more than 20 employees
  • Supporting Recruitment and Retention of team members by creating a culture focused on its people as the #1 asset
  • Training and Development procedures as the primary key to success and future growth
  • Daily Supervision of the hourly team members, providing feedback and support in a timely manner
  • Strong lens around Flawless Plate presentation for each and every guest

Culinary Manager Qualifications:

  • Servant Leadership Style and Passion for People
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • 2+ years in a leadership role as a Kitchen/Culinary Manager
  • Polished casual, upscale, or fine dining experience (preferred)
  • No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years 
  • Experience managing a P&L, scheduling, and ordering/inventory
  • Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen
