Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager – Fast-Casual Restaurant
Join a growing fast-casual restaurant with a people-first culture where team members are truly valued. As Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure every guest has a great experience. You’ll work side-by-side with your staff, help them grow, and make a real impact in your restaurant and community. This role is a key step toward long-term leadership with the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Make sure every guest receives great food and service in a clean, welcoming space
- Lead daily team meetings and set the tone for success
- Focus on training and team development
- Deliver top-notch quality and go above and beyond expectations
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of management experience in fast-casual or casual dining
- Hands-on leader who thrives in a busy environment
- Loves hospitality and creating great guest experiences
- Committed, dependable, and takes ownership
